Research, writing and editing are parts of a puzzle whether describing a new product, a new reorganization or the success of the last year in an annual report. With access to a wide world of resources on the internet as well as the institutional resources of New York City, identification, collection and organization of the research resources required for a project are easily managed. This research may extend to the development of many documents (e.g., brochures, annual reports) as well as genealogical projects and development of biographies and local histories.
For any initially drafted document, services include copy editing from initial assessment, through to light (e.g., spelling, punctuation) or substantial revisions (e.g., structure, argument, tone), and proofreading (review typeset galleys and/or page layouts against the original to bring errors to the attention of the publisher whether print or web).
